“It is all about the choices we make, which I always knew, but wasn’t always sure about what choices to make. Robin helped me to understand how to make the best choices to feel better and feel satisfied. The realization that I actually wasn’t eating enough protein to lose weight was definitely eye-opening.  I learned to focus on making mindful choices and if I had a bad day it is easy to get back on track.  Robin made notes for me at each session, which I still refer to today – I have yet to move them off my kitchen cookbook stand! I totally recommend spending time with Robin to get you started on a new healthy path without feeling like on a diet. I looked forward to each session and would definitely set up time with her if I ever feel I need the extra boost to keep on track.”
